ULVAC-PHI Public Software and Documentation License Agreement
Please read the following License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) before installing or using this product (hereinafter referred to as the “Software or Documentation”).
Installation and use of this Software and all related printed materials, including electronic documents such as application notes (hereinafter referred to as the “Related Materials”), are permitted only for individuals or groups who have agreed to this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
- The user shall not modify, alter, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, documentation, or related printed materials.
- The user shall not lend, transfer, or redistribute the Software, documentation, related printed materials, or any copies thereof to any third party.In addition, the user shall not remove any copyright notices or delete any trademarks or intellectual property-related information.
- The user shall not permit any third party to use the Software, documentation, or related printed materials.
- The user hereby acknowledges and agrees that the user alone shall bear all damages arising from the use of the Software, documentation, and related printed materials.ULVAC-PHI makes no warranties whatsoever that the functions or contents contained in the Software or related printed materials will meet the user’s requirements, that any defects in the Software, documentation, or related printed materials will be corrected, or that ULVAC-PHI will compensate for any damages arising from the use of the Software, documentation, or related printed materials.
- If the user violates any provision of this Agreement, ULVAC-PHI may immediately terminate this Agreement. In such case, the user shall return or delete the Software, documentation and related printed materials, and all other related items.
- These license terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
- In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese and English versions of this License Agreement, the Japanese version shall prevail.
